Start Sewing Curtains

This workshop will help you to create beautiful hand finished curtains like a professional. By practising a range of techniques on a sample you will gain the confidence and skills to tackle a larger project at home. Learn how to measure, cut and prepare fabric for sewing, when to hand sew and when to machine sew, how to create and insert a lining and how to fix a standard pencil pleat header tape. Suitable for beginners but a basic knowledge of sewing skills along with a working knowledge of sewing machines would be an advantage in order to take part in this workshop.
